Position Title: Document Specialist & Administrative Assistant
Reports to: VP of Operations
Summary of Position
Breethe is a medical device manufacturer that operates in a high regulated environment. Document Control Specialist is responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity for regulatory compliance. The Specialist must be detail-oriented, organized and process-oriented. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communications skills to interact with all levels of an organization. Documentation includes;
Design History Files, Device Master Record, Device History Record, Training,
Calibration, and other as assigned. This candidate will have a key role in
supporting the organization. Other duties include support of general office, purchasing and accounting functions.
§Perform day-to-day Document Control activities
o Maintain document logs and issue document numbers
o File and organize documentation
o Document tracking and disposition
§ Manufacturing/ Production documentation
o File device history records
o Quality performance data
o Nonconforming material report tracking
§Office support includes assisting with
o Purchasing function
o Accounts payable
o General accounting support
o Activity planning
